Vehicle Pricing & Financing Disclosure

ADVERTISED VEHICLE PRICING

All vehicle prices displayed on this website, online listings, social media, and other marketing materials represent the cash price of the vehicle. The cash price is the price you would pay if purchasing the vehicle outright without dealer financing.

The advertised cash price does not include the following, which are added at the time of sale for both cash and financed purchases:

•  Applicable state and local sales tax

•  Title, license, and registration fees as set by the State of Texas

•  State vehicle inspection fees

•  Documentary fee for preparation of sale and financing documents (disclosed separately as required by Texas law; charged to both cash and credit buyers)

Optional products such as service contracts, vehicle warranties, and debt cancellation agreements may be offered at the time of sale. These products are not required to obtain financing and will be disclosed separately if purchased.

IN-HOUSE FINANCING DISCLOSURE

Southway Motors is a licensed seller-financed (Buy Here Pay Here) dealership regulated by the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) under Texas Finance Code Chapter 348. We offer in-house financing directly to our customers.

When you finance a vehicle through our dealership, you will receive a complete written disclosure of all credit terms before you sign any contract, including:

•  The Cash Price — the price of the vehicle if purchased without financing

•  The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) — the total cost of your credit expressed as a yearly rate, which reflects both the time-price differential and any difference between the cash price and the financing price

•  The Finance Charge — the total dollar cost of credit, including any difference between the cash price and the financing price, plus all interest and time-price charges over the life of the contract

•  The Amount Financed — the net amount of credit provided to you or on your behalf

•  The Total of Payments — the total amount you will have paid when all scheduled payments are made

•  Your payment schedule, including the number, amount, and frequency of payments

These disclosures are provided in accordance with the federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Regulation Z (12 C.F.R. Part 1026), and the Texas Finance Code Chapter 348.

ADVERTISING COMPLIANCE NOTICE

Where specific financing terms are advertised (such as monthly payment amounts, down payment requirements, or number of payments), the following information is also provided as required by the Truth in Lending Act:

•  The cash price of the vehicle

•  The amount or percentage of the down payment

•  The terms of repayment (number and frequency of payments)

•  The Annual Percentage Rate (APR), and whether the rate may increase after consummation

•  The total finance charge

Financing terms shown in advertisements are examples only and may vary based on the vehicle purchased, down payment, and buyer qualifications. Not all buyers will qualify for every advertised term.

OUR TRANSPARENCY COMMITMENT

Southway Motors is committed to full, honest disclosure. We will:

•  Clearly disclose both the cash price and the financing price of every vehicle before you sign any agreement

•  Include the entire difference between the cash and financing prices as part of the disclosed finance charge and APR — no hidden charges

•  Provide all required Truth in Lending Act and Texas Finance Code disclosures in writing before consummation

•  Never require the purchase of any optional product as a condition of obtaining financing

•  Ensure all advertised prices reflect the true cash price of the vehicle

Southway Motors holds a Motor Vehicle Sales Finance License issued by the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) and a General Distinguishing Number issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV).
